Job summary

Ultrasonium is seeking a hands-on hardware engineer to own analog and power electronics subsystems from schematic through bring-up. You will design circuits, own PCB layout, and work with embedded firmware to enable real-time sensor interfaces.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 2–5 years of practical hardware design experience, with a focus on reliability and EMI/thermal management. On-site collaboration with the founding team is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on hardware design experience in analog/power domains.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and power electronics circuits from concept to working hardware.
• Own PCB schematic capture and layout with signal integrity and EMC focus.
• Support embedded firmware and real-time sensor interfaces.
• Perform bench bring-up, measurements and debugging.
• Select and qualify components for reliability; document results.
• Collaborate with mechanical, controls, software and process engineers.
