Job summary

Copeland Cold Chain LP is seeking an Engineer Hardware to design embedded hardware and collaborate with the software team to meet product specifications. The role includes interpreting datasheets and schematics, and supporting production with alternative components.

You will work as part of a team, ensuring high-quality hardware and providing ongoing engineering support through all design phases. A strong attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of cadence systems experience.
• Experience with RS485 networks, Ethernet, USB, and 24VAC power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Design embedded hardware under supervision to meet product specs.
• Read and comprehend electronic component data sheets and schematics.
• Collaborate with software team to support product design and debugging.
• Support production by selecting alternate components for supply chain.
• Provide engineering support throughout design life cycle and product releases.
