Job summary

A technology services company is seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer to contribute to FPGA development and verification for advanced embedded systems. The role involves designing and validating firmware for Microchip PolarFire SoCs, integrating FPGA logic with software, and ensuring performance on custom hardware. The successful candidate will have experience in embedded firmware development and proficiency in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. This full-time position is based in Texas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in embedded firmware development, with 3+ years in FPGA design and verification.
• Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog for RTL design and FPGA development.
• Hands-on experience with RTL verification, testbenches, and UVM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify FPGA logic using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Integrate FPGA firmware with embedded processors.
• Conduct synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging using development tools.
