Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; exposure to embedded software systems preferred.
• Experience with embedded software development and testing.
• Hands-on laboratory work with power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
• Strong laboratory safety practices and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support embedded firmware for Variable Frequency Drives by contributing to software architecture, design, implementation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product requirements, test plans, and validation activities for high-quality software performance.
• Participate in software verification and testing, including bench testing and lab validation of high-power drive systems.
• Document technical decisions, project activities, and development progress for knowledge sharing and traceability.
• Expand technical expertise through training and collaboration while upholding safety-focused culture.
