Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 2+ years developing applications on custom electronic hardware.
• Proficiency in C and C++ on embedded systems.
• Strong ability to read schematics and use test equipment.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software for sensor projects.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering to debug PCBAs using scopes and analyzers.
• Work with Software Engineering to develop PC applications for sensors.
• Contribute to reusable hardware/software architectures and documentation.
• Design, implement and maintain unit and stress tests for firmware.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for embedded software on production sensors.
• Mentor less experienced embedded engineers and interns.
