The role requires reading drawings, tolerances, and procedures, with ERP SAP and MS Office experience. Core hours include early morning shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Completed High School diploma with minimum of 10 years of experience as an Assembly Technician.
  • Ability to understand drawings, specifications, procedures, and geometric tolerances.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to decipher between sensor and system design, fixture, or software issues.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Building, aligning, and calibrating sensors using hand tools, meters, alignment devices, and lasers.
  • Support Manufacturing and Engineering with testing and troubleshooting; analyze results and adjust equipment.
  • Coordinate with departments to install, align, troubleshoot, calibrate, and document changes.
  • Participate in daily production meetings to resolve issues and meet the production build plan.
  • Dispositon and diagnose customer returns (RMA) with Production, Quality, and Customer Service.
