Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer III for Hardware Engineering Services in Cupertino, CA.

You will own server firmware across BMC and embedded platforms, collaborate across software, hardware, and data center teams, and drive scalable solutions for AWS data centers. You will work on firmware development from embedded software to distributed systems, participate in design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while delivering

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of designing or architecture experience for systems.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
5+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
Experience debugging, profiling, and applying best software engineering practices in large-scale systems.
Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and parallel computing.
