Job summary

Green Hills Software seeks a Field Services Engineer to deliver training and consulting worldwide, helping embedded teams design safe, secure and real-time systems using GHS technology. You will conduct training classes on IDEs, RTOS, BSPs and middleware, visit customer sites to solve issues, and assist with BSPs and device drivers for INTEGRITY RTOS.

Strong C/C++ skills, a BS/MS or 5+ years in embedded software, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are required.

Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering training classes for GHS technologies, including IDEs, RTOSes, BSPs, device drivers, and middleware.
• Visiting customer sites worldwide to help identify and solve problems in applications.
• Helping customers create BSPs and write device drivers for the INTEGRITY RTOS.
• Adapting and customizing tools to integrate with customers' design flow.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer problems remotely and conducting design reviews.
