Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production ownership.
• Ability to navigate undocumented customer workflows.
• Proven customer-facing collaboration under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel or embed with accounts.
• Experience in embedded/forward-deployed roles or related consulting backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client engineering teams to understand goals and priorities.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, solutioning, and technical discussions.
• Analyze customer operating workflows to identify gaps between deployed product and requirements.
• Design and build the custom integrations, connectors, and product extensions that close that gap.
• Develop working prototypes using customer data to validate feasibility before delivery momentum is impacted.
• Harden validated prototypes to production-grade reliability and hand off cleanly to Support/Customer Success.
• Synthesize field learnings into concrete, prioritized inputs for Product and Engineering, serving as a primary source of roadmap signal.
• Serve as the account’s trusted technical point of contact through deployment and initial ramp‑up.
