Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is hiring an Embedded Engineer II to design, develop, and debug embedded software and firmware. You will report to engineering leadership and work onsite at our Lansdale location, contributing to cutting‑edge embedded systems in aerospace.

The role requires collaboration across teams and a focus on timely project delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a technical field and 2+ years in embedded software; familiarity with C/C++ and VHDL,

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in design and development of embedded software solutions.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and VHDL with expertise in debugging embedded firmware.
  • Experience with embedded systems testing and code review processes.

As a Embedded Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for the design, development, and debugging of embedded software and firmware.


You will report directly to our engineering leadership and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an onsite work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the development of cutting‑edge embedded systems that power innovative solutions in the aerospace industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of these systems, contributing to shaping the future of technology.

  • Design, develop, and debug embedded software solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements

  • Ensure timely completion of software projects


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

  • 2+ years of experience in design and development of embedded software solutions

  • Strong understanding of hardware and software integration

  • Proficiency in embedded software development including programming languages such as C, C++ and VHDL with expertise in debugging embedded firmware

  • Experience with embedded systems testing and code review processes

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
