Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining physical security systems.
• 3+ years of experience supporting C-CURE access control environments.
• Strong working knowledge of PACS, IDS, VSS, and integrated electronic security solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting security hardware, software, and system integrations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency using standard computer applications and system management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems, including PACS and integrated security platforms.
• Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and support C-CURE access control systems.
