Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer to contribute to mission-critical software for government customers. You will build analytics applications, dashboards, data workflows, and AI-enabled solutions while supporting CI/CD and operating in an agile environment with senior engineers and end users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience developing data pipelines, ETL, APIs, or cloud-native apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience in government/regulatory environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently in small cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded engineering support with senior engineers to deliver capabilities.
• Design and maintain data integration pipelines, data models, and semantic structures.
• Develop applications, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities using modern frameworks.
• Translate user needs into engineering tasks during planning.
• Support CI/CD, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Troubleshoot and evolve deployed capabilities for sustainment.
• Produce technical docs including configurations and runbooks.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and stakeholder demos.
• Perform testing/validation for quality requirements.
• Identify risks early and collaborate on solutions.
