You will influence product strategy across multiple platforms, promote Agile practices, and ensure designs meet UL, IEC, CE and other standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/related engineering required or equivalent.
• Five+ years leading embedded hardware and software teams.
• Three+ years designing embedded control systems for electromechanical products.
• Experience with embedded firmware in C/C++.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded controls development across the full NPD lifecycle.
• Define architecture and technology roadmap for embedded controls.
• Provide technical leadership for firmware, hardware, sensors, and control algorithms.
• Collaborate with Product, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and design controls across projects.
