Job summary

SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Multidomain Operations Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation, working onsite at Butlerville, IN. The role requires active clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

You will coordinate EW, cyber, intelligence, and other domains to meet mission objectives and lead cross-functional efforts. Responsibilities include planning and executing major MDO activities, managing budgets and timelines, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with broad requirements in MDO.
• Preferred focus on EW with cyber and intelligence as secondary areas.
• Experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and guide major MDO and training activities from conception to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts linking EW, cyber operations, intelligence, land, air, sea, and space components.
• Work with government leaders, external agencies, and partner organizations to meet mission objectives.
• Track performance, identify operational risks, implement fixes, and brief senior leadership.
• Oversee timelines, resource allocations, funding, and deliverable schedules.
• Support MDO planning and integration across mission areas.
