Job summary
Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Embedded Software Engineer - C++ (Telematics) to join our team in Mossville, IL.
The role focuses on C++ software development for telematics data collection ECMs and radios, with a path to contribute to system-level design and testing. The candidate will perform requirements management, development, testing, and debugging in cooperation with the architect and requirements owner, in an office setting with lab resources for ECU
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field and 2-4 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with C++ software development and embedded/telecommunications systems is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform requirements management, software development, test script development, bug investigation/reproduction, SIL/HIL testing
- Works with the architect and requirements owner to develop software that meets acceptance criteria
- Project leads manage work prioritization, the architect owns software architecture and design, and the developer writes software to meet software requirements
- Office desk setting, with soft labs available to test and debug on ECU's
