Bose Corporation is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer Co-op in Framingham, MA to develop and test software and firmware for Bose audio products and engineering tools. You will work with teams across software, DSP, acoustics, systems, and hardware to deliver embedded solutions.

You will gain experience across the software lifecycle from design to deployment, writing code in C/C++ and Python, prototyping on embedded hardware, and building automation to improve testing and performance

Formación

• Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in C/C++ and/or Python programming.
• coursework or project work in embedded systems, software development, or operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and test embedded software for audio systems and platforms.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in C/C++ and Python.
• Prototype on embedded processors and hardware platforms.
• Develop automation tools to improve testing and workflows.
• Debug, validate, and benchmark software in embedded environments.
• Participate in code reviews and follow version-control practices.
• Create technical documentation for software design, implementation, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, DSP, acoustics, systems, and hardware.
