Job summary

Sequence is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to join our operating-company teams. You will translate human knowledge work into AI compute, identify workflows to automate, and ship production software that drives real business impact.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI transformations inside operating companies, from discovery to measurable business impact.
Build production agentic systems: tool-calling workflows, document processing, routing, and automated decision support.
Integrate with legacy systems and compliance platforms while respecting data constraints.
Develop reusable platform primitives to accelerate future transformations across the portfolio.
Collaborate with management, operators, and leaders to earn trust and drive execution.
