Honeywell Aerospace in Puerto Rico is seeking a Software Engineer II to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software for aerospace applications. You will work on embedded systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure software quality and safety across flight-critical components.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably embedded or aerospace software.
• Strong knowledge of C and C++ with experience in software lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration and debugging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded software development is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and maintain software components for aerospace systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to enhance software performance and reliability.
