Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an Embalmer to join Greenwood Memorial Park & Mortuary in San Diego, CA. The role involves embalming, preparing and dressing the deceased with respect and in accordance with OSHA standards.

The ideal candidate holds a current California embalmer license (or ability to reciprocate) and has 2+ years of funeral industry experience, with knowledge of relevant regulations. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Current Embalmer license in the state California or ability to reciprocate
• 2+ years of funeral industry experience
• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry

Compensation

• $29-32.50/hr.
