Job summary

Berry Aviation, Inc. seeks an experienced Instructor/Check Pilot for the EMB-120 to conduct ground, simulator, and flight instruction under Part 135. The role includes evaluating IP/CP candidates and administering tests in line with CFRs and company programs.

The position requires ATP, AMEL, and a valid passport, with responsibilities spanning classroom to flight training, plus potential international assignments. On-site at San Marcos, TX with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with AMEL rating.
• Maintain or be eligible for FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FARs, FAA guidance, and Part 135 operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground, simulator, and aircraft-based training and evaluations.
• Administer testing of pilots in accordance with CFRs and company standards.
• Create and revise training programs and policies in coordination with the Director of Training.
• Assist in screening pilot candidates and support international training assignments.
• Travel as needed to training facilities and operational units.
