Stellantis is seeking a Thermal Performance Engineer to drive thermal development and cooling strategies across vehicle programs. You will review functional systems, plan tests, and coordinate with lab engineers and the Product team to ensure objectives are met.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and a Chauffeur’s license (or ability to obtain one).

TheThermal Performance Engineer will ensure that vehicle functionalobjectivesare achieved and will recommend actions to the Product team. The selected candidate will conduct reviews of functional systems(simulation and testing), cooling systems status with program chiefs, development test planning with lab engineers, and annual hot trip execution for assigned programs. The Engineer will also lead the communications and reporting of issues which include status updates and driving issue resolution. TheThermal Performance Engineer willbe responsible forproactive planning andtracking ofvehicle validation, active support of aero/thermal attributes, and DVP&R test and reporting. The engineer will occasionallybe requiredto interact with members ofthe exterior styling studio.
