Job summary

Stellantis Energy Management & Aero-Thermal Team (EMAT) seeks a Program Performance Lead to manage a team of engineers and deliver program attributes across EMAT programs. You will set targets, define specifications during RFQ, and lead integration of all EMAT work streams.

You will guide resource planning, budget, and risk mitigation while balancing VDE, driveability, and thermal performance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product/powertrain development.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and training initiatives.
  • Experience in product development across multiple foreign markets.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to present to large groups (technical and non-technical).
  • Experience with long- and short-term project management.

Responsibilities

  • Set and own EMAT targets for programs.
  • Define subsystem and component specifications during RFQ phase.
  • Coordinate integration of EMAT science work streams.
  • Define resource needs and budget implications for the project.
  • Review data from EMAT science teams: Energy, Thermal, Aerodynamics, Weight.
  • Establish priorities and balance tradeoffs to meet targets.
  • Converge interior/exterior styling with performance goals.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans with extended teams.
  • Own the EMAT Scorecard and governance updates.
  • Represent EMAT with other teams and at ride evaluations.
