Responsibilities include data entry in the eMaint platform, scheduling technicians, maintaining parts inventory, generating reports, and supporting production data entry. Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience; forklift

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience or willingness to use forklifts and aerial lifts (training provided).
• Prior experience with data entry and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Enter maintenance requests and maintain data with timely reporting.
• Assist scheduling of technicians to maintain level loading and repairs.
• Cross reference historical records to provide past repair details.
• Enter maintenance purchasing requisitions and maintain data.
• Organize and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and track with eMaint.
• Complete monthly inventory and reorder low-stock items.
• Monitor inventory and place orders; complete shipment paperwork.
• Maintain paperwork in the maintenance database and generate reports.
• Support Plant production data entry as needed.

• All aspects of eMaint platform to include, but not limited to:
• Enter maintenance requests and maintain data, ensuring that requests are completed correctly with proper documentation and timely reporting.
• Assist with scheduling of technicians to maintain level loading, and assure timely repairs are made (in conjunction with maintenance supervisor).
• Cross reference historical records and support the maintenance team by providing past repair details when needed.
• Enter maintenance purchasing requisitions and maintain data.
• Organize, label, and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and utilize the eMaint platform to accurately track parts and reorder points.
• Complete monthly inventory with maintenance department and order items that are low in stock.
• Monitor inventory and place orders when needed, complete paperwork once shipment of inventory has been received.
• Monitor maintenance database for completion of paperwork to make sure it was completed and turned in.
• Maintain and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual eMaint reports.
• Support Plant production regarding data entry as needed.

eMaintenance Administrator Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment
• Prior experience or willingness to use Forklifts and Arial lifts (will train)
• Prior experience with data entry
• Prior experience of administrative duties

Maintenance Technician Lead Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must be fluent in the English language, both written and
• Must be able to use basic math, count and use hand-held measuring

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Light to moderate physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, grasping, fine and course manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level, and tolerant of temperature changes for the entire shift.
• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds; and safely operate assigned machinery.
• Help support other North region plants regarding E-Maint administration.

• Moderate to heavy physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, grasping, fine and course manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level, and tolerant of temperature changes for the entire shift
