Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Washington, IA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the day shift. Pay is DOE, between $24 and $32 per hour.

Primary duties include ensuring equipment runs properly, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing PMs, assisting with new equipment installation, and entering maintenance data into the CMMS.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred.
• Must understand and be proficient with multimeters, meggers, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Must read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components and systems.
• Must be able to use simple math, count, and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Must have general understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.

Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance Technician Additional Information

• Moderate to heavy physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling.
• Long pants and safety toe footwear required.
• All tools and supplies provided by the company
