Job summary

Israel Policy Forum is seeking a Communications Associate to support the execution of communications and marketing initiatives in New York, NY. The role will manage email campaigns, update website content, draft materials, and assist with events and analytics.

You will collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing, coordinating across platforms, tools, and teams to advance the organization’s mission and visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant communications/digital media experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft, edit, proofread, format, and ensure accuracy of finished work.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and distribute email communications via Campaign Monitor or similar platforms.
• Draft, edit, and format content for email, website, newsletters, events, and reports.
• Support social media publishing, engagement, and calendar management.
• Produce and coordinate multimedia assets (graphics, video captions, podcasts).
• Track media coverage and current events to identify timely opportunities.
• Provide admin and project support for communications and marketing initiatives.
