Job summary

Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) is hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to lead the direction and execution of email campaigns. You will manage the Email Development Team, craft technical strategy for emails and SMS, and ensure clean, standards-compliant code across platforms.

This role requires 3+ years in email/SMS marketing, leadership experience, Bloomreach Campaign familiarity, and strong HTML/CSS/SQL skills, plus Excel proficiency and high adaptability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Motivated professional with email and SMS marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a Business or IT field and 3+ years' of related experience.
• Experience with leading a team
• Experience in Bloomreach (Campaign)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• The ability to prioritize and work in a fast- paced environment
• The willingness and ability to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily.

Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to strategically lead the direction and execution of email campaigns for IMS.

What You'll Do

You’ll manage and lead the Email Development Team responsible for configuring and working in Bloomreach, and coding and sending emails and SMS. In addition, you will also be responsible for:

• Establishing technical direction for our emails and SMS.
• Serving as an expert in tools used to manage and send emails and SMS.
• Managing the work being done by Email Developers and Email Coordinators.
