Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze incomplete information.
• Clear, calm communication with technical teams and business partners.
• Experience or familiarity with email threat detection and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage email traffic and alerts using Proofpoint.
• Lead phishing response and document suspicious emails.
• Triage tickets related to phishing and email security within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues and analyze email headers and URLs.
• Investigate social engineering, BEC, and credential theft.
• Support digital risk protection and external threat reviews.
• Perform Tier 1 phishing triage and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with Security Operations and other teams during investigations.
• Document investigations and communicate findings clearly.
