Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Email Operations Specialist for the Integrated Demand Center. You will own the end-to-end email production system, from intake through deploy, and drive optimization across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email/marketing operations with ownership of the production system.
• Experience building and managing resource and queue workflows, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing end-to-end email production lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the email production system end-to-end from intake to deploy.
• Define and optimize the intake, routing, and prioritization framework.
• Own SLAs and operational reporting across AWS email programs.
• Create and maintain reusable production assets (templates, checklists, docs).
• Drive continuous process optimization across the build-test-deploy lifecycle.
