Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Marketo and email automation tools.
• Experience with audience segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, optimize, and report on multiple email campaigns.
• Translate business needs into effective campaign strategies.
• Design and maintain Marketo programs (engagement, trigger-based, multistep, multichannel).
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and results.
• Own lifecycle communications for assigned audiences and act as SME on behaviors and metrics.
• Collaborate across teams to design and launch campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analyses and quarterly audits.
