Job summary

WITF in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a strong writer and organized marketer to craft engaging content and execute email campaigns that connect audiences with our programs, services, and mission.

You will write and edit copy across digital and print channels, manage email campaigns in Iterable, coordinate marketing projects, and maintain event listings. Social media support and collaboration across teams are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on email marketing platform experience (Iterable or similar).
• Strong project-management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Website content experience and familiarity with social media publishing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date event listings; experience with Humanitix/Eventbrite is a plus.
