Job summary

Namify is seeking an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to own the execution and optimization of email campaigns and automated workflows within HubSpot, guiding customers from lead nurture to onboarding and beyond.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure timely, relevant messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth in a full-time, in-office role in the United States.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM marketing.
  • 2-3 years hands-on experience using HubSpot marketing automation platform (REQUIRED).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and launch email campaigns in HubSpot across the lifecycle.
  • Develop nurture, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for lifecycle automation.
  • Segment audiences using CRM data and triggers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests.
  • Maintain clean contact lists and ensure compliance.

ABOUT THIS JOB:

The Email Marketing & Automation Specialist owns the execution, and optimization of email campaigns and automated workflows within HubSpot that guide customers through the full lifecycle from lead nurture to onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion.

This role plays a critical part in creating a seamless, personalized customer journey that increases conversion rates, improves customer experience, and drives revenue growth. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure messaging is timely, relevant, and aligned with company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email Campaigns & Execution
  • Plan, build, and launch email campaigns in HubSpot across the customer lifecycle
  • Develop nurture, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns
  • Manage campaign calendar and optimize content, subject lines, and CTAs
Marketing Automation & Workflows
  • Build and maintain Hubspot workflows for lifecycle automation
  • Segment audiences using CRM data and behavior triggers
  • Support lead nurturing, onboarding, upsell, and re-engagement efforts
  • Troubleshoot and improve workflow performance
Customer Journey Optimization
  • Map and enhance the customer journey across lifecycle stages
  • Personalize messaging to improve engagement and experience
  • Partner with internal teams to align messaging with customer needs
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open, click, conversion rates)
  • Run A/B tests and provide data-driven recommendations
CRM & Compliance
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and well-segmented contact lists in HubSpot
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
  • All other duties as assigned
GEO Responsibilities
  • Create clear, factual, structured content AI systems can understand.
  • Use concise headings, summaries, FAQs, definitions, and step-by-step explanations.
  • Make pages semantically relevant to likely user questions.
  • Implement schema markup.
  • Improve crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile usability.
  • Maintain clean site architecture so AI retrieval systems can parse content easily.

Requirements

Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Submission of 2-3 writing samples is required as part of the application process
  • 3+ years experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM marketing
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot marketing automation platform (REQUIRED))
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Experience building workflows and email sequences
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
THIS POSITION REPORTS TO:
  • Brand Manager
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office
WORK SPACE INFO:

This job exists in an office environment working on a computer for up to 8 hours per day.

TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
