Job summary

Talent Hackers is seeking anEmail Designer / Slicer to craft visually compelling emails and precisely slice designs in Figma for Klaviyo integration. You’ll partner with the Head of Design and the broader creative team to ensure campaigns are on-brand, responsive, and production-ready.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in email design, strong Figma and Adobe Suite skills, and familiarity with Klaviyo or similar platforms.

Qualifications

1+ years of email design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with Klaviyo or comparable email platforms preferred.
Understanding of email slicing best practices and responsive design preferred.
Excellent organization and time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Design dynamic, engaging email layouts that follow brand guidelines across campaigns and flows.
Collaborate with Strategists and Copywriters to align visuals with strategy and copy.
Stay current with email design trends and apply new ideas to layouts.
Slice approved email designs in Figma for Klaviyo integration.
Compress and export assets balancing quality and performance.
Hand off sliced designs to the Email Marketing team and document best practices.
