Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email design and copywriting.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and familiarity with Figma/Canva.
• Excellent visual design, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Detail-oriented with polished, high-quality output.
• Collaborative, proactive thinker with strong English communication.
• Willing to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and build on-brand email campaigns.
• Develop responsive templates optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Write engaging copy to achieve campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams.
• Maintain design system and SOPs; ensure brand alignment.
• Optimize assets for performance and accessibility.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve design.
• Deliver campaigns on time and ensure consistency.
• Assist with other tactical design tasks as needed.
