Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required.
• Experience in high-volume ED settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora.
• Deliver safe, efficient patient care with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a busy ED and participate in resident education.

• ED Beds: 33 (19 Main ED and 14 Express Care Beds)

• Admission Rate: 16%
• ACLS ATLS PALS required
• Physician Coverage: 59 hours (10–12-hour shifts)
• APC Coverage: 20 hours (Two 10-hour shifts)
