Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join a high-volume practice with 12-hour shifts and strong APP support on Epic EMR.

New graduates may be considered with a 3-month proctorship; opportunity to supervise NP/PA providers and lead clinical care.

Active Virginia license required, board certification in EM/FM/IM encouraged, with comprehensive malpractice coverage and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-approved 3-year residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• Active Virginia DEA with VA address and required schedules.
• Board certification through ABEM, AOBEM, or ABMS in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• ECFMG for foreign medical graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume emergency medicine care.
• Supervise NP/PA providers as needed.
• Maintain credentialing and compliance requirements.

Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

Position Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-approved 3-year residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license
• Active Virginia DEA with VA address and required schedules
• Board certification through ABEM, AOBEM, or ABMS in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• ECFMG required for foreign medical graduates

Certifications

For providers who are not EM board certified or EM trained:

• ACLS
• ATLS
• PALS
• NRP for non-ABEM providers

Credentialing Requirements

• Current MMR and Varicella immunity
• Current TB testing/QuantiFERON
• Current-season flu vaccination
• Two-year case logs
• Documentation of special procedure training, if applicable
• Preeclampsia education required for initial appointment and every 2 years thereafter
