Job summary

CompHealth is seeking emergency medicine specialists to cover multi-site shifts in the Boston area. Our teams coordinate housing, travel, credentialing, licensing, and more so you can focus on patient care.

Expect 35-40 shifts per month including nights and weekends across three worksites, with ~185 patients per day. Hourly pay ranges from $225 to $310, with all-inclusive rates reflecting base pay plus potential overtime and other earnings.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine coverage across multiple sites.
• APPs work independently and see all ESI levels, performing all procedures.
• Maintain full procedural competency for EM procedures.
• Assist with credentialing and privileging processes as needed.
