Sauer-Construction, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager SSHO for a full-time role in Houston, TX. The candidate will oversee site safety with EM-385 1-1 section 1 Level 4 qualifications and provide guidance to subcontractors on government safety requirements.

Responsibilities include daily safety inspections, incident documentation, and collaboration with the project team, using MS Office for recordkeeping and reporting. Candidates must pass a security background check to enter the post.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SSHO experience with DOD background.
• Level 4 SSHO qualification.
• 30 Hour OSHA in construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough safety orientation for all project new hires.
• Guide subcontractors through government safety requirements.
• Conduct daily onsite safety inspections and RMS reporting.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and AHA matrix.
• Pass security background check to enter post.
