This newly created leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will drive the organization's brand strategy, content, communications, and marketing campaigns while leading and mentoring a marketing team member. Rather than being one contributor on a large team, you will serve as the primary marketing leader—partnering closely with executive leadership to influence strategy, elevate visibility, and accelerate organizational growth.
As ELV continues to expand, this role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and a clear pathway for professional growth, allowing you to build both the marketing function and your leadership impact alongside the organization.
Preferred: nonprofit, early childhood education, edtech, or social impact background; B2B or public-sector partnership experience; and bilingual English/Spanish
