Job summary

Qualifications

This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi‑finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures. The work model for the role is: Onsite in Mebane, NC. This role is contributing to the Smart Power division.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Receive finished goods, returns, and stock from the factory. Unload and stock incoming materials (up to 40 lbs. repetitively)
• Receive raw materials, chemicals, parts, and other items. Operate forklift/reach truck to put away inventory.
• Must be willing to work the schedule as dictated by the department. Must be willing to work Overtime as required, with or without prior notice. Must be dependable, reporting to work on time, and ready to work.
• Must be willing to work in a Non-Temperature Controlled Environment. Work duties may include walking up to 5 miles daily in a warehouse environment. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are immersed, engaged, absorbed, and highly skilled in working with multiple departments and work teams.
• Authorized to work in the US legally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Self-motivated with a high level of engagement.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of problem-solving skills.
• Have proven and practical experience with SAP and other applicable software.
• You are at ease communicating, both written and verbal, in English.
