Job summary

ABB's Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor role in Mebane, NC is onsite and focused on handling parts and finished goods for storage and production flow. You will unload, stock, and organize inventory, using a forklift and SAP systems while coordinating with production and other departments.

Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures.The work model for the role is: Onsite in Mebane, NC.This role is contributing to the Smart Power division.You will be mainly accountable for:Receive finished goods, returns, and stock from the factory. Unload and stock incoming materials (up to 40 lbs. repetitively)Receive raw materials, chemicals, parts, and other items. Operate forklift/reach truck to put away inventory.Must be willing to work the schedule as dictated by the department. Must be willing to work Overtime as required, with or without prior notice. Must be dependable, reporting to work on time, and ready to work.Must be willing to work in a Non-Temperature Controlled Environment. Work duties may include walking up to 5 miles daily in a warehouse environment.
