IELTS Test Proctors

Reporting to: Center Director

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Description

This part‑time position involves conducting and monitoring IELTS test sessions. Duties include:

• Conducting the test and overseeing all test procedures.
• Checking candidate identification and monitoring belongings.
• Assisting with candidate check‑ins and escorting candidates to restrooms during the test.
• Ensuring the smooth and secure delivery of the test each test day.

Typical work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on the test day (usually a Saturday), with occasional Sundays or Friday afternoons/evenings. The role requires a dependable, trustworthy, and punctual individual with a competent level of English to clearly deliver the proctor script during the test.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy, conscientious, reliable, and punctual.
• Dependant on early Saturday and Sunday morning availability.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Capacity to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
