Job summary

The State-of-South-Carolina seeks a Financial Aid Systems Administrator to manage and integrate enterprise Financial Aid applications, focusing on Ellucian Banner and related systems. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and collaborate with Financial Aid staff to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; experience with Ellucian Banner or other student information systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience supporting Ellucian Banner or another student information system is preferred.
• Experience supporting financial aid systems or other higher education administrative systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain and support enterprise Financial Aid systems.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between IT and Financial Aid to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Ensure assigned systems are secure, available, appropriately configured, and integrated with the College’s technology environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science (Information Technology), Mathematics, Statistics; MIS or related field
