Elliot Health System - Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - Full Time - Nights - RN Labor Experience Required

Join Elliot Hospital as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery. We are seeking experienced RNs to provide high-quality care in our Women’s and Children’s Services.

About the Role

The RN in Labor and Delivery will participate in caring for both high and low risk intrapartum and antepartum women, including transfers for high-risk pregnancy complications.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote and support change to enhance patient outcomes and professional practice environment.
  2. Engage patients and families in goal setting and care planning, communicating effectively across shifts and settings.
  3. Utilize current evidence and standards to guide practice and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Demonstrate competent clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN; BSN preferred).
  • Current RN licensure in New Hampshire, or multistate license.
  • Ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation; ACLS preferred.
