Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field; teaching certification required in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned to standards.
• Set language proficiency goals and provide targeted support for EL students.
• Foster cultural understanding and belonging within the classroom.
• Create and administer assessments to monitor progress.
