Job summary

Adams and Associates seeks a role focused on guiding English Language Learning students within the Career Education Center. You will develop achievement plans, set academic goals, and integrate applied academics into CTT curricula to boost literacy and numeracy.

You will supervise staff as needed, maintain confidentiality, and ensure programs meet performance goals while delivering high-quality services and student support throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited school required.
• Masters degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver required.
• Experience with ELL population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and avoids manipulation of student data.
• Provides ELL students with educational training leading to GED/HSD completion.
• Delivers individualized case management to ensure student progress and completion.
• Maintains an organized classroom conducive to learning and enforces conduct standards.
• Produces high-quality, timely, and accurate work and maintains attendance and productivity.
• Plans and prioritizes assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
• Mentors and models Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
• Supervises students and staff, ensuring quality programs and services.
• Communicates clearly in writing and speech and shares information with DOL/Company when requested.
• Collaborates with staff across departments to provide effective supervision and services.
• Accepts direction from Center leadership and can cover for other roles as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
