Job summary

The Bizzell Group seeks an experienced ELL Instructor to lead English Language Learning activities within the Career Education Center. You will design individualized achievement plans and align goals with program outcomes, while integrating applied academics into the CTT curriculum to boost student success.

You will maintain discipline, monitor progress, and provide comprehensive case management to help students complete GED/HSD and improve literacy and numeracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent.
• Experience with ELL populations preferred.
• GED/HSD prep experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in English Language Learning within the Career Education Center.
• Develops individual achievement plans and academic goals.
• Infuse applied academics into CTT curricula to enhance learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline to ensure maximum learning.
• Provide comprehensive case management and monitor student progress.
• Comply with safety, data integrity, and center policies.
