Job summary

ReNEW Schools in Greenwood, IN is seeking an instructional and supervisory support staff member to assist students in ELL. Working under the Building Principal and with classroom staff, you will provide individualized and small-group help while maintaining a safe, respectful, and confidential environment.

Qualifications

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: Based on Classified Pay Model

WORK CALENDAR: 180 Days

STANDARD HOURS: 5.8 Hours per Day / 29 Hours per Week

Position Overview

The employee in this position provides instructional and supervisory support to students in ELL. Working under the direction of the Building Principal and in collaboration with instructional staff, the individual supports student learning through individualized and small-group assistance while maintaining a safe, respectful, and confidential environment.
