Job summary

A leading sports performance academy is seeking an Athlete Performance Coach (APC) to mentor youth athletes. As a part-time Assistant Coach, you will program and coach athletes, teach sport skills, and help recruit new athletes. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Kinesiology or a related field and have experience as NCAA athletes. This position offers opportunities for growth in a supportive environment focused on the holistic development of athletes aged 5-18, with a goal of successful college sports placement.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing or extroverted personality.
• NCAA Athlete while attending college is essential.
• Obtain NSCA-CSCS Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coach athletes in strength and conditioning.
• Recruit athletes into the Academy.
• Provide a successful performance improvement experience.
