The YMCA of Upper Palmetto is seeking a part-time Sports Coach for the Sports Academy program. In this role, you'll create tailored training programs for youth athletes while ensuring safety and fostering communication with parents regarding their child's athletic development. Ideal candidates will have a strong coaching background and relevant certifications to guide young athletes towards success.

Qualifications

• Experience as NCAA Division 1 player or coach necessary.
• Certification in Strength and Conditioning required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Create written programs for youth training sessions.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
• Check equipment daily for safety.
