Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive, player-centered environment where development and enjoyment go hand in hand.
• Arrive early (15–20 minutes) to ensure the session space is prepared and ready.
• Implement the Colorado Storm Player Development Plan and Game Model for various ages.
• Use inquiry-based coaching to foster creativity and resilience, guiding mastery through mistakes.
• Collaborate with the Director to develop a personalized growth plan and pursue ongoing education.
